2 tablespoons chopped sundried tomatoes

Saute garlic 30 seconds before adding other ingredients.

1 teaspoon sesame seeds
(option: toast the seeds)

1 Tablespoon soy sauce
|
Or use sunflower seeds and balsamic vinegar.

|
1 cup sliced mushrooms
(any kind or mixed)
|
1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
dash of Balsamic

Saute the mushrooms first for 2 minutes.
